Anniversaries, Retirements, Birthdays and Family Reunions
Are you hosting your family reunion and don’t know where to begin? What about a special birthday or anniversary? Events by Kandra will assist you with bringing even this event to life! After we’re finished planning and carrying out your star-studded event, you’ll be the talk of the town!
- Provide 5 hours of consultation (to be used at your discretion)
- Conduct needs assessment
- Review budgetary expectations
- Review and sign contracts
- Serve as point of contact for all vendors
- Develop itinerary/order of celebration
- Assist with invitation and program design
- Locate and inspect venue
- Provide photographer for events
- Research and book entertainment/featured artists and guest speaker(s)
- Assist with design, theme (backdrops/props) and color scheme
- Assist with selection of china, crystal, acrylic or paper products
- Reserve fountains (beverage and chocolate), cotton candy and popcorn machines (upon request)
- Reserve recreation equipment (inflatable moonwalks, rock climbing walls, slides and bounce houses)
- Assist with floral selection and centerpiece design
- Arrange lodging for out of town guests
- Provide gift baskets/gift bags for out of town guests
- Assist with gift ideas for honoree(s)
- Book cruises, transportation, lodging
- Assist with menu selection and wine pairings
- Provide menu cards, place card settings and seating charts (upon request)
- Research and locate vendors (caterer, baker, ice sculptures, balloon bouquet/balloon trees, limousine service, fireworks and professional DJ)
- Purchase favors/ paraphernalia (T-shirts, drawstring backpacks, pens, pads and pencils etc.)
- Assist with the design of signage/banners (as desired)
- Provide a celebration website with photo gallery, location of event, and all pertinent information in your color/theme.
God’s Little Angel
This birthday party pack is for children 1-12 years young! All you’ll need to do is show up for the party!
4 hours (setup, entertainment, and cleanup of venue)
- 1-page website or photography
- Custom invitations
- All about me photos to display on easels (4)
- Décor (colors/theme) balloons
- Table coverings, cups, plates and cutlery
- Cake/cupcake platter (your choice)
- Ice cream, beverage fountain(s), mini bottled water
- Favors (gifts, and party bags)
- Moonwalk/bounce house rental or cotton candy machine (upon request) (provided in the child’s party theme)
- Assist with the selection of adult menu and preparation (upon request)
- Three to five games (age appropriate)
Kids/Adult menu:
- Ham ‘n cream cheese rolls
- Hawaiian meatballs
- Finger sandwiches (turkey and ham)
- Crudités platter
- Fresh fruit platter
- Chips (variety)
