  • Locate and reserve the best venue(s)
  • Assist with color scheme/theme
  • Add theme accessories in foyer and restrooms
  • Finalize décor and floral designs
  • Request special concierge services (upon request)
  • Assist with menu selection and confirm final menu
  • Print menu cards, where appropriate
  • Set numbers and place cards according to seating charts
